I’ve heard of doctors using codes in a patient’s charts to remind them of something, make fun of a patient, or to flat out warn other doctors about the patient.
In this case, however, Walgreen’s wins.

My favorite is at the end to add insult to injury the lawyer lets everybody know she’s depressed too. All the body said was that she needed a sleep aid. Time to sue the lawyer too!
