I really don’t have much to say, but I would be horribly, horribly remiss if the Simpsons episode that was responsible for me rocketting to the top of the Google search results for “simpsons panda love” was on and I didn’t come through with a catchy headline.

Though while I’m here, I will share that the bracketing is coming along slowly but surely (no thanks to anyone else, really), but its shaping up fairly nicely. Nothing really to go on other than the top 4 “seeds” were the blogs I read all the time, and went down from there. I think I’ve got about 25-30 of the 64 needed. Still some work to be done, but I imagine there will be down time tomorrow.

Does anyone else find it odd that I’ve worked in some form of TV and/or radio for the past 11 years, yet when I opened my new stereo up today, I had the same blank stare as if someone threw me 4 eggs and a jar of mayonnaise and told me to make thanksgiving dinner? (As for the stereo, talk about a great deal! Patience really paid off to the tune of $50 for this hombre!) So now I have components laid out, the image of receiver meeting DVD, meeting VCR, meeting cable box, meeting TV, meeting speaker wires, meeting speakers and filling my 85 square feet of space with bass-thumping something-or-other… and no clue what to do with it. The goal is to have it together before the all day hoops on Thursday, but its gonna take some help.
