There was a lot of “what do you do with the bye-week team?” thought involved this week, as well as teams getting throttled (Beamer Ball, I’m looking in your direction!). The Georgia Tech schtupping of Va Tech earned them quite the lofty debut into the poll this week, while the Hokies tumbled quite a bit. TCU’s bubble burst, and I don’t think Michigan State deserves to be in a poll ever again.
Ever.

Dropped Out: TCU (#20), Arizona State (#23), Michigan State (#24).
What I watched: UM-Minnesota, OSU-Iowa, whatever of Indiana-Wisky I couldn’t shield my eyes from, some of UCLA-Stanford, much of ND-Purdue and Florida-Alabama, with others sprinkled in for good measure.
