So the 2007 golf season is underway… with a comeback 87. A combination of finding my swing and a slightly easier back 9 (probably much easier if not for the prevailing 15 MPH headwind). Round two is Saturday morning on a shorter course that I know pretty well. Unfortunately, it’s a course that needs some more accuracy than the one we played today, as well as some irons off the tee more often than usual. That was decidedly NOT a strong point today. The new putter was solid for me, too. DROPPED a couple 30 footers, which was nice.

All in all, it’s good to start off quickly, though.
