Deadspin has/had an amusing post today about NHL ’94. I was pleased to see the comments discussion not only turn more toward the Whalers reference in Mallrats than the (still solid as noted by the post title here) Swingers video hockey scene), but also, probably unwittingly, two former BG Falcons got some props. Rob Blake and Paul Ysebaert both got mentions.

Now if there’s a Llew Ncwana reference, I’ll be floored. (Of course, I don’t think Sega’s “ECHL ’94” ever made it out of the brainstorming session, so we’re probably SOL here.)
