Maybe I’ve missed it each of the other 31 years of my life, but doesn’t Major League Baseball normally come back with a full slate of games the day after the All-Star break? Or at least all but a team or two in action? Or at least something more than the seven games that were played today?

Fortunately, Texas picked up where Michael Young left off Tuesday and violated the Orioles in any number of different ways, 15-1. Time to jump on the gas for the Rangers, just in time to go 2-for-September, I’m sure.
