I knew it would happen, and now, the Hurricanes are down 2-0 and heading on the road in their playoff series with Montreal.

Fortunately, it’s not for a lack of effort, really. They’ve thrown 86 shots on net in two games, but as is often the case, they’ve run into a steaming hot pile of goalie (or at least for one that gave up five goals tonight, it could have easily been 12). On the bright side, they’ve come back from a tight spot against Montreal in the playoffs before, hopefully they can get a win in Game 3 and do it again.
