Originally, I had some thoughts of what I’d put in my living will. You know, because living wills are all the rage these days. I forget what I had thought, other than putting Kurt and Pete (not this Pete, though he’s certainly invited) in charge of my “victory tour” as my plug/tube/etc. is being yanked for the final time. From what I remember it was really quite a plan, but, since WordPress has yet to invent a plug-in that lets my brain blog automatically, its lost.

But then, I thought, as I saw some old video of the Pope rolling around in the Popemobile, followed by a shot of his body being carried through town, that they should prop him up in the Popemobile and spin him around Vatican City one final time. (Thus the title reference.) I mean, afterall, the helping to end Communism was nice, extending his religion to all corners of the globe is a nice resume builder, but this guy’s legacy is turning a VW Golf into a rolling bubble hockey machine. Let the man have his ride!
