Thank God Almighty, I’ve got picks at last!

A little Christmas props to Dr. MLK, Jr. as I set forth in FINALLY finish up my NFL picks for Week 16. (Noting already that I’m 2-0 on the week, and if the NFL would be so kind to end this Denver/Tennessee game right… NOW… I’d be 3-0. But I’ll just have to hold out hope that the second half is as attractive as the first has been.

This has been a pick-a-licious Christmas for me, while I haven’t had NEARLY the nap time at work I thought I would (between Christmas socializing and covering everyone else’s ass), I still found time to nearly finalize my Dead Pool 2005 roster, and haphazardly finish my NFL picks. After last week’s 10-6 deadlock with Pete, we sit at 7-6-2 for the year, and he’s up 4 games on me in the overall scheme of things. Thanks to Ryan Longwell and the comeback-tastic Green Bay Packers, I’ve cut that lead to 3, with the rest of Week 16 going a little something like this… (hit it!):
