I don’t have much, but I’m thrilled as can be that not only did Carolina finish off Montreal after spotting them a two-game series lead the other night, every Hurricanes-Devils series game be on American TV (including Games 1 and 4 on NBC Saturday coverage). That’s just awesome.<\/p>\n
Although, I did find out the other day during Game 6 of the Montreal series that Yahoo has been putting up live broadcasts of the games. Not only did I get to watch Carolina beat the Canadiens (and missed the winning goal thanks to work, dammit), but I caught some Don Cherry, too, which is always beyond awesome.<\/p>\n
On top of that, I’m breaking in a new computer. Even when I knew I was getting a new computer, I had kind of marked Dell of as “not possible”. Even their cheapest computers were too pricey when anything remotely necessary was added to the bundle. But I’m happy to say that I ended up with a great deal from Dell, paying about half-price on a pretty solid system, with a monitor that goes well beyond kicking ass. (The DVD player has already been tested, and “Blazing Saddles” kicks freaking tail on a 20″ flat screen LCD.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
