Submitted for your perusal, the bio page<\/a> of “Jay S. Bilas, Esq.” (it is “Esq.”, right?). Basketball player, Duke grad, basketball player, lawyer, basketball player, ESPN commentator, and did I mention basketball player?<\/p>\n I always wondered, when I heard Jay Bilas’ law career mentioned, if he was the real deal, or if he just passed the bar at some point on a bet and called himself a lawyer. (I mean, does anyone know if “The Fight Doctor” Ferdie Pacheco is really<\/em> a doctor? I know that Dr. J wasn’t, and neither was Bill Cosby, though he played one on TV.) Regardless, getting back to Bilas. Apparently, he’s a real lawyer, with quite the lengthy resume. Unfortunately, the resume consists mostly of his basketball highlights, including the word “basketball” in each of it’s five paragraphs.<\/p>\n But the real joy is at the end.
